The printing machine purchased is an M5 REVO press with a configuration of 630mm width, 9 printing units, REVO Technology for extended color gamut and GIDUE Digital Automation for the digitization of the entire flexo printing process. “The flexible packaging is going into a deep change. Process consistency, efficiency and cost reduction  are the objectives  of REVO Digital Flexo Revolution, to win the Labels and Packaging challenge for short runs, global quality and total flexibility.

REVO Technology uses UV Flexo Inks, Digital Automation “from pre-press to printing process” and extended color gamut, that allows to achieve repeatable and predictable PMS shades withou changing Anilox and Inks. The most important benefits of REVO Technology  are the the repeatability and predictability of the printing results, short set-up times and waste, total graphic flexibility to reproduce unlimited colors on the same job and fast change-overs that no need any manual intervention from the operator.
