ESC had a great success at Fespa thanks to dual trade show presence

ESC draws a positive balance for Fespa trade show. Absolutely successful was the separate appearance of ESC and ESC-Decotec in two halls with different programme focuses. “We noticed that many visitors have been best prepared and therefore came directly to our stands for machine demonstrations. The strategic orientation towards the industrial applications on the one hand and the digital textile and small-format printing techniques on the other hand manifested in attractive business deals already during the show.” was ESC’s satisfactory statement.

One of the highlights was the high-tech screen printing plant ATMATIC MF66/F - an all-automatic solution with CCD camera system. This machine has a positioning accuracy of 0.005 mm and is preferably used for OE applications. The digital printing system ESC-PRACTIKA, manufactured by MuchColours, impressed through its high-quality printing results on rigid material as ceramic, glass, metal, powder coatings and wood, but also on flexible fabrics as e.g. leather, synthetic leather (PU) etc. A large number of certificates are proving the exceptional properties of these inks.

Many visitors have been attracted by ESC-Decotec because of the wide range of direct textile printers, small-format Mimaki printers and the ESC-Jetrix UV digital printing system. The ESC-DTG and Kornit textile machines are interesting solutions for short runs as well as for industrial production, for full surface prints as well as multi-colour images. Easy handling, fast production cycles, premium quality are some of the units' prime merits. They are available in various printing sizes from 350 x 450 mm up to 610 x 1200 mm as well as in a variety of configurations.

The ESC-Jetrix UV flatbed printing system is offering high-grade printing quality for indoor and outdoor applications, for industrial printing tasks or for sign making. This series, which is also available as hybrid system with roll-to-roll device, is able to print in sizes from 1220 x 1220 mm, 2500 x 1300 mm, 2500 x 3060 mm. Now a new model, the ESC-Jetrix KX6, has been launched. It prints on materials up to a width of 100 mm in a max. format of 2440 x 1220 or on roll material up to a width of 2.19 m. The majority of these machines has now been installed in the ESC in-house exhibition centre in Bad Salzuflen for practical print tests.
