Graphitec distinction awarded to dutch innovation

BN Graphic Service, a die-cutting machine manufacturer from Zutphen (Netherlands)  received an innovation award for their DFC PRO die-cutting machine which was launched at the recently held Graphitec exhibition in Paris. The jury stated that the DFC PRO is the compact solution for faultless processing of high-quality printed substrates as an alternative to the in the market being established traditional letterpress die-cutting machines. The DFC PRO is equipped with two magnetic cylinders which can die-cutt, crease, emboss, and micro-perforate.

During the Graphitec fair there was a live demonstration of the DFC PRO, producing A4 maps (folding carton) with black printed background at full speed with no single damage of the printed surface at all. This machine was equipped with an extra AWSD, an automatic tool-less waste stripping and blanking delivery device.

The speed is up to 6000 sheets per hour (depending on substrate type and complexity), two machine types are available for two different maximum sizes: 500x 350mm and 640x450mm.

The DFC PRO is able to process the following substrates: paper, cardboard, pressure sensitive materials, laminated foils and plastics where the machine is fast and accurate to setup, set up time in three minutes time by up to 5 sheets wastage. It is a modular built machine, has a double sheet detection and is particularly stable. A register element on the printed image is an interesting option to achieve a trouble free production. The DFC PRO is also attractive for the processing of digital printed substrates in which no damage of the printed matter will occur.

BN Graphic Service distinguishes itself with this innovation by offering a small die-cutting  machine which fully meets the stringent requirements of the market, especially when there is a demand for fast delivery of small quantities of high end products.
Global sales for BN Graphic Service b.v. is represented by Beek Graphic Trading in Apeldoorn (Netherlands).
