RotoMetrics acquires MLC

RotoMetrics and MLC are pleased to announce that they are joining forces with the acquisition of MLC into the RotoMetrics group of companies.  MLC was established in 1992 and is Brazil’s leading provider of precision rotary tooling for the narrow web converting industry.   Manoel Correa, founder, and Robson Lopes Paula, the son of founder Jose Vicentino de Paula, will continue to lead the company they built into its market-leading position, supported by their strong management team.
