Danish manufacturer, Flexo Wash is promising to minimise downtime and improve print quality on flexo and gravure presses with a range of equipment cleaning solutions equipment that maintain anilox rolls and cylinders, and in the process also save money. The fully automatic Multi Cylinder Cleaner that can clean 10-12 gravure cylinders per hour will be exhibited in its full size. Cylinders are simply loaded on the carriage, and the machine does the rest. New for Drupa is the Flexo Wash Cylinder Washer that cleans with the use of solvents.

Flexo Wash claims to have a solution for parts washing on any type of printing press, and can customize equipment to suit individual requirements to maximize effectiveness. The ATEX Parts Washer on show at Drupa is customised for the cleaning of buckets, trays, hoses and chambers. The Parts Washer can also be connected to the Flexo Wash Distillers.

Flexo Wash will also exhibit its tried and proven Anilox Roll Cleaner. This ‘must have’ technology ensures high print quality and prolongs the life of anilox rolls. The machine runs with environmentally friendly liquids that are also re-used to reduce consumption. Another ‘must have’ is the Flexo Wash Plate Washer, which can clean 20m of plates in one hour! In the offset corner, Flexo Wash will exhibit the new Offset Cleaner for the simultaneous cleaning of one Anilox and one chamber.
