Grafikontrol is not new to attend K in Dusseldorf and this year, from 19 to 26 October, will demonstrate its LYNEX, MATRIX and CHROMALAB press control systems for application in the manufacturing process of plastics from extrusion to printing at Hall 4, Stand C57. Grafikontrol will also present its CR33-CR34 register colour control systems and the innovative PROCHECK system for waste management, which is currently waiting for its international patent.

Leader in the printing and post-printing industry, where its systems are used for quality control of paper and film production, Grafikontrol wants now to enlarge its application area, adding controls on extrusion process and thus becoming unique global partner covering every aspect of the business relationship with customers by offering highest quality products and services. This is possible thanks to TQC-360° innovative modular platform, developed by Grafikontrol to offer a complete solution that can meet any customer’s need.

Demonstrations at K will focus on: LYNEX is a 100% print inspection system, that assures automatic print inspection of any defect in the entire print repeat. With one or more cameras, LYNEX can deliver detailed process analysis granting a final defect-free product.

MATRIX is a web viewer for print inspection in fine details, with LED illuminators and multi-touch operator interface. It also offers barcode verification and delta colour monitoring. CHROMALAB is an in-line spectrophotometer, that provides real time colour measurements of spectral curves, delta E, L*a*b* values, density, Dot Gain. Values can be sent directly to the ink room for correction of colour formulation.
