At Labelexpo Europe 2017, Werosys (stand 9C24) will be showcasing its latest developments and launching a number of new products for the Werosys Compact line. The Werosys Compact is now compatible with automated workflow solutions, offering a true digital finishing line with all set-up done electronically from one screen. This enables customers to produce labels from approved artwork to finished labels in a matter of minutes, as the digital finishing line reads all necessary information from the pdf-file, or similar, and automatically sets all stations, including the digital printer, laser die-cut and fully automatic slitting system.

To complement its two existing fully automatic slitting systems, Werosys will be launching a completely new automated slitting system, which it claims allows printers to make a fully automated setup possible at an affordable price.

Werosys will also be demonstrating a fully format-free label production with the combination of the digital print module and the laser die-cut module. The laser die-cut module uses ERP/MIS integration and powerful low noise smoke extraction. The high quality coherent laser source and digital laser power control ensures high cutting quality with clean edges. 330mm wide cutting area, small spot size, kiss-cut and through-cut capability, as well as marking and engraving functions.

Werosys will also launch and demonstrate a fully automated flexo printing module, where all manual adjustments have been removed for a true digital setup. The flexo module can be combined with any number of Compact modules to meet any requirement from a true digital finishing solution with UV varnish and cold foil, to a fully configured hybrid printing solution with a combination of flexo and digital printing.
