Kocher & Beck (stand 11C30) will demonstrate an upgraded version of its established GapMaster die pressure adjustment system with new external oil lubrication units for automatic maintenance which are now mandatory for all new installations.

The oil lubrication system is easy to connect to the press (no need to connect to the machine’s 24V DC in ‘Production’ mode), and has a more powerful motor. An acoustic signal is integrated into the cover in case of faults and a potential-free output is provided for reporting errors to the machine control system. In addition, thermal behavior is improved and the associated change in gap size is minimized.
