S-One Holdings Corporation, headquartered in Sarasota, Fla., is excited to announce that it has acquired the DIGIPRINT SUPPLIES brand from Big Fish SPRL, based in Brussels, Belgium. This acquisition includes certain Big Fish assets, including personnel, customers and supplier contracts.

Effective immediately, DIGIPRINT SUPPLIES now operates under the S-One subsidiary, Brand Management Group (BMG) Media Source Belgium SRL. This transition will be seamless to customers around the globe, who will still access the vast DIGIPRINT SUPPLIES offerings at digiprint-supplies.com.

DIGIPRINT SUPPLIES is an online store offering printer parts for all brands of eco-solvent, solvent and UV digital wide-format printers, such as printheads, replacement parts, maintenance kits, inks and more. Established in 2007, DIGIPRINT SUPPLIES recognized the ease and power of the Internet to transform the way most wide-format printer parts, tools and accessories could be purchased. DIGIPRINT SUPPLIES also operates a U.S. subsidiary and warehouse in Miami, Fla.
