InlineDensity Control motorized (IDCm) has a very successful market introduction behind it. Ten commercial printing systems have been or resp. will be equipped with IDCm. That shows clearly that the demand for an ink mesuring technology and its’ retrofitting exists. The customers are European, for example the printing houses from the EDS Group because this is where the demands for higher print quality and high pricing pressure meet.

Reorganization of the Heidelberg Management Board

The Supervisory Board of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (Heidelberg) is reorganizing the company’s Management Board today with the appointment of Rainer Hundsdörfer (59) as the new CEO and Dr. Ulrich Hermann (49) as a regular member. International industry expert Mr. Hundsdörfer will replace Dr. Gerold Linzbach on November 14, who is leaving the company of his own accord, as already announced.

technotrans AG acquires remaining shares in all KLH companies

technotrans AG has increased its shareholdings in each of the companies KLH Kältetechnik GmbH (Bad Doberan), KLH Cooling International Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) and Taicang KLH Cooling Systems Co. Ltd. (PR China) by 35 percent, bringing them all up to 100 percent. The signing of the agreements took place yesterday, Thursday. The purchase price in the low single-digit millions is being paid in cash.

By creating a communication infrastructure geared to digital business models, it is making further progress in its development from simply selling equipment to becoming a customer-based service company. Over 130 exhibitors to debut at ISE 2017

With over three months to go before it opens its doors Integrated Systems Europe 2017 has been confirmed as the biggest exhibition in the event’s 14-year history following an increase in show-floor space, exhibitors and halls.
