Krause releases in Amsterdam a new CTP combination for medium-sized newspaper printers. The complete solution will be consisting of an automated JetNet workflow, the LS Performance CTP platesetter with S'n'E Fin processor for conventional or low chem violet printing plates and a punch/bender to output 150-200 plates per hour. It can be complemented by Krause consumables and a worldwide support.

At the World Publishing Expo 2014 Krause will also demonstrate the JetNet workflow with multiple new automation features that combine the complex process steps in the newspaper prepress production to an efficient workflow with profit potential. A multi-site printing production and the integration of publishing clients can be easily automated using the JetNet workflow.

Highest production efficiency is the credo of the Krause CTP systems and the productivity of 400 plates per hour with a loading capacity of up to 6.000 plates in multiple formats for Just-In-Time production is a perfect benchmark. This can only be achieved with the LS Jet Mutltiformat 400 with PowerLoader in connection with the energy saving BlueFin processor. The LS Jet and the LS Jet Multiformat platesetters are available in the models 200, 250, 300, 350 and 400 and can be equipped with a trolley or the field upgradable pallet loading.

The Krause solution for the entry market with the Smart'n'Easy CTP system and the Smart'n'Easy Fin with the unique universal kit for violet polymer and/or violet LowChem plates will be shown as well. This feature is ideal for customers who do not know exactly about the best plate technology and availability in their market as their Krause CTP investment covers both technologies already and offers them a perfect backup.
