Epicomm, formerly AMSP/NAPL/NAQP, has announced that KM Media Group, with locations in Clifton, N.J., and New York, N.Y., has acquired One Source Solutions,  Newark, N.J. One Source Solutions will relocate its employees and equipment to KM Media’s 50,000 sq. ft. Clifton location, where it will continue to serve its customers with an expanded slate of printing and design solutions.

“One Source has been an outstanding business over the last three decades and we are very excited to join their capabilities and their great staff to our own,” said Jeffrey Kirschenbaum, President of Kay Printing, a division of KM Media Group. Former One Source Solutions owners Roy and Sherri Winters had formed the company as a Sir Speedy Printing franchise in 1984, rebranding it as the non-franchise One Source Solutions in 2009.

“This move enables One Source Solutions to broaden its capabilities while ensuring that its customers continue to receive the highest levels of service and quality,” said Sherri Winters. “We have built great client relationships for more than 30 years and we are very excited and gratified to be able to tell our customers that the same great staff members who helped them in the past will now meet their needs with an even more expansive range of today’s most advanced graphic communications services.”

Roy and Sherri Winters reached out to Mitch Evans of the Epicomm Business Advisory Group’s M&A Team. “Through our proven outreach program, we were able to identify several potential acquisition candidates and ultimately negotiate a merger/sale with Kay Printing,” said Evans. “The M&A Team advised Mr. and Mrs. Winters on the transaction price and structure, and helped craft a fair and balanced deal that addressed the needs of both parties.”
