ESC focuses on industrial print applications in Fespa

  • Publicado el 24 de Abril de 2015

For FESPA 2015 ESC has set itself ambitious goals: To target the customers ESC will be splitting their presence in two separate stands. In hall 8, stand B20/D25, on a floor area of 200 m² visitors will see the multiple industrial application possibilities of ESC screen, digital and pad printing machines. ESC-Decotec in hall 7, no. H50 will be concentrating on digital printing systems with a focus on textile finishing.

As expert partner for the supply of highly specialised screen printing systems ESC is showing in hall 8, amongst others, the high-tech ATMATIC MF66/F – an all-automatic solution with CCD camera system. This machine has a positioning accuracy of 0.005 mm and is preferably used for OE applications. Visitors can also have a look at the high-grade AT standard models, being successfully operated in the field of printing front and EL foils, keyboards, transfers etc. Moreover these reliable and precise printers can be found in many industrial plants for the application or coating of special media. It is ESC’s longterm experience in these sectors why they are always being approached by customers for designing specific machines to meet individual and demanding requirements.

The second exhibition focus - digital printing - is even optically an eye-catcher as parts of the booth are designed with coloured glass elements, revealing the high-quality printing results of the ESC-PRACTIKA, manufactured by MuchColours. However, the strengths offered by this inkjet printer, are not only in the field of glass finishing but also in such multiple fields as architecture, fashion, sign, interior decoration or product labelling. Digital printing with e.g. UV inks can only be carried out with great difficulties on many substrates, but not so with the ESC-PRACTIKA.

Thanks to the specially designed inks it achieves convincing print results with very good quality and adhesion on rigid material as ceramic, glass, metal, powder coatings and wood, but also on flexible fabrics as e.g. leather, synthetic leather (PU) etc. Microscopic molecules are able to penetrate the above mentioned materials without any problems. They are eco-friendly because they are solvent-free. A large number of certificates are proving the exceptional properties of these inks.

Not only screen and digital printers but also pad printers are used in the industrial sector. The ESC-COMEC models score with their easy handling, high output and the versatile customizing possibilities.

Being furthermore a specialist for all aspects related to printing, ESC also aims to direct the visitor’s attention to efficient drying solutions, time-saving CTS systems or to the well-known automatic screen washing and reclaiming unit ESC-PERFECTA® IC ECOline. More digital printing systems are demonstrated on the booth of ESC-Decotec in hall 7 or with the support of the ESC-team at their partners InkTec Co. Ltd., Mimaki, Kornit and Impression Technology.
