This year at Labelexpo Europe, ETI will showcase the ultra compact Mini-Cohesio machine (7,3 m/24 ft) equipped with a JFLEX digital printing station. The high-speed and innovative digital JFLEX unit is fully integrated into the Mini-Cohesio machine to form a digital inkjet label production line. The unit is capable of running at 70 m/min. (225 ft/min.) with a high-quality printing of 14 micron dots at 1600 X 1375 dpi.  It produces photo-quality color graphics in full process color with provision for an optional fifth color.

Combined with the Pellicut technology that enables to die-cut on very thin liner, this innovative unit will open new markets for label printers. The comprehensive Digital concept offered by ETI will also allow printers to produce finished labels at very competitive price for small- and medium-scale production runs. The JFLEX installed on a Mini-Cohesio machine will be presented at Labelexpo Brussels at the ETI booth 5C28 from September 29th to October 2nd.
