CHILI Publish to highlight integrations with leading solutions providers at Labelexpo

  • Publicado el 30 de Septiembre de 2015

From stand 4C65 and in partners’ stands, CHILI Publish will demonstrate the power of their CHILI Publisher online editor technology, and will show how this technology has been successfully integrated into the solutions of companies who lead the label and packaging market. CHILI Publisher provides an unsurpassed online editing experience that includes 3D animated folding visualization and comprehensive editing, layout, and design tools. CHILI Publisher enables end-users to edit documents online within the constraints setup by an administrator. Documents can be created from scratch, or can be imported from Adobe Illustrator® or Adobe InDesign.

At Labelexpo Europe, CHILI Publish will be highlighting several new features to the online editor. These features consist of extra HTML5 support options, including an HTML5 3D viewer. Also new are tools that enable copy fitting across multiple frames, which is a critical feature for packaging printers.CHILI Publisher also includes open APIs (on both server and client side) that enable it to be easily integrated into other workflows or web applications. These integrations expand the access to the online editor, and give users of these solutions access to all of the powerful document editing features included in CHILI Publisher.

CHILI Publish CEO Kevin Goeminne says, “When we developed CHILI Publisher, we included a robust set of APIs that would enable it to be integrated into any system or workflow. The result of that effort is on display at Labelexpo Europe, where you can find CHILI Publisher integrated with the leading providers in the label and packing industry. CHILI Publish is proud of our development efforts, and the positive impact that the CHILI Publisher online editor is having for label and package printers everywhere.”

At Labelexpo Europe, CHILI Publisher integrations will be featured by these leading companies: Cerm - Stand: 6A42. CHILI Publish’s integration with Cerm MIS Web4labels lets printers offer endless varieties of labels to brand owners. Users can customize their labels and send them to production on a range of digital presses, including the new Gallus press through the Prinect workflow, HP Indigo Digital Press via Esko Automation Engine, Screen digital presses via the Equios workflow and Xeikon digital press via its X800 workflow.

Dalim Software - Stand: 9A64. Dalim’s ES product is a web-based enterprise solution that supports the managing, collaborating and tracking of cross media projects and campaigns. The integration brings CHILI Publisher’s powerful online editing tools to digital or printed media published using the ES platform.

Esko - Stand: 4C20. Esko has developed a plug-in that enables a designer, artwork creator or brand owner to open packaging designs in WebCenter and create, edit and modify packaging content using the CHILI Editor. This integration saves users money on artwork creation, while speeding up the time to market by improving the collaboration and approval process.

Xeikon - Stand: 9B/C50. Xeikon’s integration with CHILI Publisher improves the production of complex, short run jobs by giving printers the technology to establish an online portal for brand owners with their own branding and box design variations.  At the portal, a customer can see their box variation design in 3D, pre-order it, and send it directly into production.

The online portal created by Xeikon’s integration with CHILI Publisher lets printers offer a wider number of versions and generate more specific campaigns, while reducing production times and costs and achieving a faster path to profitability.

Chief Operating Officer Bram Verniest notes, “The impact of CHILI Publisher - and the many ways it has been integrated - can be seen in markets and regions all across the globe. Earlier this month, our integration with Enfocus SWITCH was a highlight at the Graph Expo conference in Chicago. This integration lets our online document editing solution seamlessly and transparently connect with a wide range of workflows and production platforms.”

He continues, “We have also announced integrations with leading web-to-print providers Pageflex and XMPie.  The wide-adoption of CHILI Publisher, and the number of successful integrations we have with partners around the world, proves the tremendous value our online editor brings to any workflow.”

At Graph Expo 2015 (US), CHILI Publish recently introduced the Pageflex to CHILI Publisher Connector. Developed by the renowned, independent web-to-print developer ‘Dovenote’ (Chris Reizs-Hanson) it provides Pageflex Storefront users access to the unique and comprehensive CHILI Publisher editing, as well as 3D and animated folding job visualization.
