Flexo Wash will be exhibiting new and familiar products in Chicago aimed at helping converters improve processes and reduce downtime by automating tasks that have historically been done by hand. NEW for Chicago is the Top Load Parts Washer with Trolleys that makes the handling of parts easier. Converters now load dirty parts from the press direct on to trolleys instead of carrying them to the washing machine individually. This not only reduces the amount of movements the parts make, it reduces the possibility of workplace injuries and damage to parts.

NEW: Flexo Wash is also launching the PK Parts Washer Filtration Unit for UV inks. This unit separates UV ink from the cleaning liquid, eliminates liquid waste disposal, cuts chemical consumption costs, and reduces the handling of cleaning liquids. This unit is easily added on to all of existing PK Parts Washing Units. Additionally FLEXO WASH will also be displaying a full product line of automated Anilox Roll Cleaners, Parts Washer, Plate Washers and Rotary Screen Cleaners. Each of these systems improves the printing process, reduces downtime, and boosts print quality.

This fully automatic system has an efficient cleaning process that takes only 15-30 minutes and leaves parts totally clean and ready for immediate use. This operator friendly automatic plate washer uses a gentle, consistent scrubbing action, along with a mild cleaner to remove both dry and wet ink residue from photopolymer plates. The PK 92 rotary screen washer automates the process of cleaning delicate screens for repeated use.
